Today at ASJE International Airport, we're glad to announce the exciting acquisition of a Boeing 777-300ER widebody aircraft that once operated for Australian carrier, Virgin Australia, as part of our ASJE Commercial Heritage Museum (ACHM) program.

VH-VPD was delivered to Virgin Australia in December 2011, after previously operating for V Australia and was retired from Virgin Australia's fleet in August 2020, after only 9 years of service. The acquisition of this 15-year-old is a massive achievement for our ACHM program, as the Boeing 777 fleet played a vital role in Virgin Australia's international network until the removal of the carrier's entire widebody fleet and operations.

Authorities are working on when the aircraft will be in our hands and a part of our ACHM program. Updates on this will be released to the public as soon as they become available.
